Please provide your proposal on the AM Star Construction subcontractor bid form and e-mail or fax proposals to (408) 297-9968 .The above trade shall be bid in accordance with all the terms and conditions of the plans, specifications, drawings, city building codes, AM Star Construction's Subcontract Agreement, And the work schedule for the project(collectively called the "Contract Documents"). In the event of conflict between the "Contract Documents" and the Subcontractor's Quote, the Subcontractor shall be held liable for which ever is more stringent. It is the Subcontractor's responsibility to walk the job site to verify existing conditions. You will be held responsible for all the work shown in the contract documents. All bids are to be thorough and complete. Please leave no hidden cost out.

BIDDING PROCEDURES

1. Please Bid the project with your best numbers the first time.
2. Call AM Star Construction will not shop your bid.
3. AM Star Construction regarding any questions you might have regarding the scope of work.
4. Bid the project to the plan and specifications given. If the plans are schematic   or vague, please bid questions and alternates. Do not leave out any hidden costs   or questions, you will be held responsible.
5. Please submit a schedule for the work bid. Also, please indicate your company's   desired lead time.
6. Leave no questions open, because you are responsible for all work shown on the  plans and specifications.
7. The Bid Plans must be returned before your numbers will be considered.
