Please send a copy of your contractor's license and the following certificates to us naming AM Construction as additionally insured: General Liability(500,000 per incident, 1,000,000 general aggregate, Worker's Comp. ($1,000,000 per incident)., Automobile Insurance, and bonding certificate.
