Prime Contract Change Orders

Approval or Disapproval of the said changes past the PROJECT: "NEED BY DATE" will result In a schedule delay and increase the project's overhead in which you will he held liable for.

The previous construction agreement is hereby modified and amended by the following deviations from the original plans and specifications All other provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and in effect without change because of these deviations.

ACCEPTED: The above prices and specifications of Change Order Agreement are satisfactory and are accepted. All remaining work is to be performed under the same terms and conditions as specified in the original contract unless otherwise specified.

BILLING TERMS: Owner agrees to pay the Contractor immediately or within five (5) days upon receipt. If the Owner is in default of payment for extra work provided in this agreement a 10% discount which is included will be lost, plus a 1-1/2% late charge per month shall be added to the amount plus the cost of litigation, expert witness fees, attorney's fees, court costs, and all punitive damages including the effort spent in collecting delinquent money owed.
