dependent's health coverage.

Star Construction encourages investment in the company 401 K through
matching of employee contributions of 25% up to the first 5% of

Flexible Time Off (FTO)
- Flexible time off or FTO provides you with paid time away from your job. You receive a total of three weeks off per year. Flexible time off is accrued at a rate of 1.25 days per month. Flexible time off is increased to 4 weeks per year once an employee has worked full time for 6 years or more
*The employee is allowed to rollover up to 5 days per year.
